1.将黄豆洗净,泡发

2.加红枣用豆浆机打成豆浆

3.将豆浆和豆渣过滤分离

4.将过滤出的红枣豆渣压干一些

5.将豆渣入干净锅中小火耐心的炒香

6.等豆渣变的干燥、松软时盛起

7.接着炒花生米

8.将花生米炒的表皮变色,焦香时关火盛起

9.接着将清洗干净的黑白芝麻入锅炒

10.等芝麻在锅里“噼里啪啦”跳舞时,就可以关小火1、2分钟就好了

11.接着将晾凉的花生米装入干净保鲜袋用擀面杖压碎

12.然后用相同的方法将芝麻也碾碎

13.然后开始炒面粉

14.小火将面粉炒至变色,发出焦香味时关火

15.另起一干净锅,放入1-2勺芝麻油

16.油热后将刚刚炒好的面粉倒入锅内,进接着将碾碎的花生和芝麻,还有已经炒好的豆渣都一并倒入锅中,翻炒几分钟,就可以关火了

17.后将炒好的炒面盛起,在干净平盘上铺上油纸,将做好的炒面平铺在平盘中,晾凉,装瓶储藏

18.随吃随取,等吃时,取出一部分放入干净碗中,加红糖

19.用少许凉开水冲调开

20.最后冲入沸水,搅拌均匀就可以吃了

21.剩下的部分要等自然晾凉后装入干净瓶中密封保存
小窍门&温馨提示
1、所有的过程都要小火慢炒
2、豆渣完全可以不加,我只是恰巧早上做豆浆有,随手放的
